Electronic Resources Librarian

Washington and Lee University seeks an innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking professional to join the Collection Services department of Leyburn Library as the Electronic Resources Librarian. This is a full-time (12-month) exempt position reporting to the Head of Collection Services.

Responsibilities:
The Electronic Resources Librarian oversees the library's electronic resources and discovery systems, and provides leadership and direction for the procurement, licensing, management, and assessment of the library's electronic resources. The Electronic Resources Librarian collaborates with colleagues in the negotiation and licensing of online resources; executes licensing agreements, ensures that such agreements comply with University policies, and manages the library's $1.1 million budget for serials and electronic resources.
