Hi Amber,

Oh, I had forgotten there is a GitHub site too! Harrison, our repository coordinator, has also posted it here: http://lib.dr.iastate.edu/digirep_outreach/7/  I'm not sure if Logan is maintaining that site anymore, so I've forked the repository, and I'll add my XSLT to it in the next couple of days.  My fork is at https://github.com/infogrrl/etd-con. I have two versions of the XSLT -- one for the buggy not-old-not-new schema'd XML we got from PQ in February, and an updated version for the new PQ ETD DTD (whoa, so many acronymns), which I haven't been able to truly test yet since we haven't gotten our next batch yet.  

Happy to be collaborating on this!

Thank you for responding to my email and for the ETD_CON tool! It's a great tool.

We noticed the bug too. So now I'm working to de-bug the software so it can handle the new way PQ dates are encoded. Can you send me a copy of your new XSLT? Is it on the ETD-CON github site:
