Amigos is currently accepting proposals for our next online conference,
Digital Preservation: What's Now, What's Next? the next in a series of
online conferences

One of today's biggest issues for libraries and cultural institutions is
how to deal with the increasingly large amount of digital materials. Not
only are institutions scanning their own collections and building their
own websites and portals but they also are dealing with more born
digital collection items.

Possible topics include:

*         Digital Preservation Initiative

*         Standards

*         Trustworthy Digital Objects.

*         Sustainability

*         Preservation Metadata

*         Digital Reformatting

*         Strategies including Refreshing, Migration, Replication and
Emulation

*         Cost effectiveness

Proposals are due no later than 12:00 pm CST on Monday, June 13, 2010
