Dear Colleagues,
We would like to invite you to participate in a research study about the
response of academic library technical services to the current COVID-19
pandemic, especially with regard to its impact on the organization and
nature of technical services operations and management. Our primary purpose
is to study changes that have been made in technical services workflows and
operations and explore lessons learned from the disruption of technical
services during the new global pandemic. For this online survey linked
below, technical services are defined as consisting primarily of
acquisitions, cataloging and metadata, digitization and preservation,
electronic resources, and serials. The survey below will take about 10
minutes of your time to complete.
Please *take the survey here
<https://tcnj.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_4N1TPOqwytMjv93>*.
Please respond by Friday, October 23, 2020.
This study is being conducted by Cathy Weng, Head, Technical Services,
