[Metadatalibrarians] Call for Co-Vice Chairs CaMMS Cataloging Norms Interest Group

The ALA ALCTS (soon to be CORE) CaMMS Cataloging Norms Interest Group is
looking for two volunteers to serve as Co-Vice Chairs for 2020-2021 (2021
annual conference). After serving for one year as Co-Vice Chairs, you will
become Co-Chairs for 2021-2022 (2022 annual conference). The Co-Chairs for
2020-2021 are Susan Martin and Alex Whelan.

Co-Vice chairs are expected to attend the annual conference during the time
covered (if planned onsite) and to participate in session planning and
delivery. The Vice-Chairs learn by working with the existing Co-Chairs, so
no
prior experience is necessary. If you are interested in the dynamics of
cataloging norms and how they are changing in today's new digital and
Internet
environment, please submit your name, title, related experience, and contact
information to Susan Martin  (susan.martin at mtsu.edu) and  Alex Whelan
(aw3195 at columbia.edu) by May 18, 2020.
