Are you an analytical thinker with a knack for supporting a variety of applications? Do you enjoy working with customers to solve problems? Are you interested in advising staff and leaders related to functionality and optimization of library applications and systems? Would you like to be part of a team focused on collaboration and continual service improvement?
If so, Library Core Systems at Emory University is seeking an Application Support Analyst II to test and support library applications at all stages of their lifecycle. The position will support systems and products within the larger Emory Libraries framework by maintaining the current technology and infrastructure. It will also manage and improve developed applications, provide customer support for those applications, and contribute expertise and data analysis for a variety of applications and systems.
