[Metadatalibrarians] Reports on DSpace

Hello,
I am looking for reports that review DSpace and give rationale behind their decision of implementing DSpace and listing strengths and weaknesses in these areas: costs, product compatibility, functions/features, administrative back-end, and staffing needs .  Interested in hearing from institutions that have implemented DSpace in the last three years, but also would like to hear from people in general who have implemented DSpace concerning what I mentioned above.
