[Metadatalibrarians] Essential descriptive fields for ETDs

For descriptive standards, you may want to check out the ETD-MS: 
http://www.ndltd.org/standards/metadata/etd-ms-v1.00-rev2.html.  It's 
based on Dublin Core, with an extension for some ETD specific fields.
