[Metadatalibrarians] Citation in Identifier

I read some recent dicussion about citiation mapping with dc:idenifier.
I have follow-up question regarding to putting standard citation in
BibliographicCitation. One option is  OpenURL applied as standard
citation in BibliographicCitation. I found some documents about coding
citation as OpenURL form in HTML or XTHML in dublincore.org. Does anyone
know any information about coding OpenURL in XML in
BibliographicCitation?
