[Metadatalibrarians] MarcXML Converter Tools

Hi, everyone,

We are in the process of looking for the MarcXml converter tool to integrate some digital collections in an IR into our ILS. We have tried MarcEdit, but we want to know what tools you use to convert Marc to different flavors of XML and vice versa. We have Innopac (Millennium) ILS, anyone use their product?  

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
