Those who wonder about the author rights policies of Haworth Press might 
be pleased to see that the current Manuscript Submission & Limited 
Copyright Transfer Form at 
http://www.haworthpress.com/pdfs/Jmanuscript.pdf allows author re-use 
including posting of the preprint (and later, the final version of the 
article) at the author's institutional repository and author retention 
of republication rights. For a commercial publisher, IMHO this is about 
as good as you will find it. (I have no affiliation at all with the 
Journal or with Haworth Press.)
