situation, we have some different situation. If you are able to support
conceptually, we have strong advice from other international advisory
organisations, like UNESCO or IDRC etc.

 specially in the field of 'Knowledge Management' or in the areas of
Information Technology related resources which are highly useful to our
research activities in information science and communication

System for developing the information, documentation, library  or Knowledge
Centre. As, according to the Nepal Govt't   ICT Policy: 1-Village,1-Family,
1-Mobile, 1-Computer,  1-Job... ; perhaps within this 'Five Yr.
Plan'?.......", Please have your response, please ! So that every
organisations, schools & campus libraries, scholars & researchers and IT
specialists are demanding UNESCO's WinIsis Computerisation Database
packages.*
